At All Aboard Marine, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the policy below.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused or in original condition
  • All original packaging and components must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.


Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

This fee covers inspection, handling, and repackaging of returned items.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Order Cancellations

Orders that are canceled after being placed are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the standard return process.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by All Aboard Marine.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. Our team will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
