Return Policy 

 NON Warranty returns - 30  days from the ship date of your order, there will be a 25% restocking fee. Item must returned in original un-altered condition. 

Order Cancellation policy

Any orders cancelled before they are shipped are subject to a 5% cancellation fee

Warranty

 Our top quality marine  products have a 1 year warranty on materials, craftsmanship, and electrical components. Abuse and neglect are not covered. Disassembly or modification  of any kind automatically voids warranty.

Normal processing time is 1-3  weeks for manual systems and ladders and 4-6 weeks on electric systems from time of placing the order until your order ships, days in transit varies upon location.  Ship times will vary depending on material availability and amount of orders received.
